Get It Set Up Right
Installation Guides & Resources
Everything you need to install your KATOOL equipment safely and correctly — manuals, specs, and step-by-step guidance for every model.
Before You Install
Concrete Rating
Confirm slab thickness and PSI rating meet the minimum for your model — most 2-post and 4-post lifts require at least 3.93"–5.9" of concrete rated 3,000 PSI. Check your model's manual for exact specs.
Clearances
Verify ceiling height and floor space against the unit's overall height, width, and drive-through clearance before positioning the equipment.
Electrical Setup
Confirm your shop's power supply matches the unit's requirements — 110V or 220V, single-phase — before running the motor for the first time.
Handling Equipment
Have a forklift or appropriate lifting equipment on hand for unloading and positioning heavy components safely.
Read the Manual First
Review every safety warning in your manual before beginning. Improper installation can cause serious injury or equipment failure — this step isn't optional.
Have Your Docs Ready
